Do you want a modern photo studio for your shoots?
Our photo studio is available for rent to both amateur and professional photographers and includes a shooting area with:
- L-shaped, white infinity wall measuring 8×5 m
- 40 m² shooting area
- Skylight for natural light, with roller shutters for flash lighting
- 4x Elinchrom 600Rx flash lights on a rail system (pantographs) plus a large Octa-flash light and various softboxes, stripboxes, beauty dish, barn doors, etc.
- 2x Godox AD400pro and 1x AD200pro Battery + softboxes (upon request)
- A range of backgrounds (with an electric roll-up system), including hand-painted backgrounds
- Underfloor heating, additional heating elements, and air conditioning
- Smoke machine – Large fan – Lightbox (x m/x m/x m)
- Color filters, tether cable for remote shooting
- Reflector panels, panels on wheels
- Reception area
- Make-up room with make-up table, illuminated mirrors
- Shower and separate toilet
- Driveway with parking facilities
- Option to order sandwiches and drinks
- Upon request, use of our extensive collection of lingerie, fetish outfits, clothing, jewelry, boots, and accessories

Price List
The studio can be rented for a minimum of 2 hours. The rental period begins at the agreed appointment time and ends at the agreed finish time. Please arrive on time, as an extra hour will be charged if you are late or if the shoot runs over. This is only possible if it fits into our schedule. Access to the studio is granted a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes before the start time. Not suitable for large video productions.

Discount:
- 2nd studio rental in one calendar year -5%
- 3rd studio rental in one calendar year -7.5%
- 4th or more studio rental in one calendar year -10%
Deposit:
€250 via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded after the rental period and inspection of the equipment and studio. In case of damage caused by the renter or accompanying persons, the full repair costs will always be charged. NO shoes are allowed on the white shooting floor.
Reservation:
The reservation is only final after:
- It has been confirmed that the requested dates and times are available. The full amount for the rental, cleaning, and deposit has been transferred at least 5 days in advance to BE20 1420 6722 4156 BIC: GEBABEBB
- Please include “date” + “user name” in the transfer description.
- We have confirmed your reservation.
Cancellation:
- For cancellations made up to two days (48 hours) before the scheduled date, the full amount will be refunded, minus an administration fee of €35.
- For cancellations made less than two days (48 hours) before the scheduled date:
If the rental is 4 hours or less, €150 will be charged.
If the rental is 4 hours or more, €250 will be charged.
The remaining amount will be refunded. We implement this policy because we cannot schedule new assignments or rentals on such short notice.
